We continue to press the Canal & River Trust for news as to when the resurfacing will commence! It is in the business plan for this year.
Some funding has been made available through a CIL allocation by B&NES. We hope to have more up-to-date information at the AGM of the Association in October 2023. The concept was well supported by our members and a poster was created at the time to publicize the importance of this project. Other local groups joined the campaign. We remain optimistic that it will happen!
